1. Is Jewel Galore jewellery real gold?

No. Jewel Galore sells premium artificial jewellery — Kundan, antique gold, zircon, pearl and Turkish styles — with a gold-plated or antique finish, at affordable prices.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is our primary payment method across Pakistan. We also accept Bank Transfer.

3. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Pakistan are delivered in 5 to 10 working days. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 3,000 and above. International orders may take up to 3 weeks.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

We offer a 3-day exchange window on unused, unworn items with original packaging. We do not offer cash refunds. Please see our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

5. Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

Our pieces are made with quality materials designed for everyday wear. As with all fashion jewellery, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water and perfume for longer-lasting shine.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipments may take up to 3 weeks. Within Pakistan, delivery takes 5 to 10 working days.
